Body Shaping
Hello friends,
For some reason, my pc won't let me access my blog, so I'm on the wifes. Her pc is in the great room, so there's tons of kids running around lol.
I've been holding on to this video for some time now, not sure why, just forgot. This video covers body shaping using several tools. This is a long one, about 12 minutes, but I think you'll get a lot out of it.
Workshops/Shootouts..instructors Qualified..Unqualified?
Today’s blog entry is geared towards learning. Sorry, there won’t be any photo posts in this one, but it will address something that’s been on my mind for a while; shootouts and workshops.
Years ago when I got serious about model photography, I had decided that I didn’t want to be on the forefront, I didn’t want to teach workshops. I wanted to be the guy that put event’s on and had people out. A friend of mine named Nus, talked me into putting on a meet and greet. It was fun and we had about 6 photographers and about 12 models. Great turn out and we got some good images. Let’s fast forward six years and discuss today’s situation; the “do it for money†guys.

Over the past summer
I had Penthouse published model SaraLiz at one of my workshops. SaraLiz is awesome! just totally awesome! she was hard working and got the shot. The bad thing about her? she TRULY is "just one of the guys" haha. She got all our inside jokes and dished it back harder than any of us anticipated. If you are given the chance to shoot with her, DO IT!

Swineflu shot, here I come!
So I'm on my way out the door to get the swineflu shot. I'm not sure how I feel on it, but the wife is preggo and I don't want to be the single cause of major sickness for the family, so I better go.
These photos are of a model at one of the one on ones in Kansas. The model was GREAT! killer body and great attitude. I want to go back to KS to shoot her and several others again lol. I'll clean up some more and post them.

High School Seniors
As part of a PPA Super Monday class of which none of the ppa guys showed up because PPA didn't get their crap right and kept the old date and old theme, I had shooting high school seniors the way I shoot them. It was 8 hours of shooting and learning and by the end of the day, the guys were wiped out! The first four hours were of shooting, the last four was marketing and sales.
Here's some of the images I took. They just don't make seniors the way they were when I was growing up! I told one of the moms that and she said "I agree! I had to have kids before my boobs ere her size" LOL

Wichita, KS workshop announced!
Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you all know that on 10/24/09, I'm heading to Wichita, KS to teach a workshop!
This should be a fun one! It's going to be two separate workshops in the same day! First workshop will start at 10am and last till 3pm and will be Fashion and Glamour. The second workshop will be from 4-9 and will be an Artistic/bodyscape and Glamour nude workshop.
I will be there the friday before and open to one on ones, so if you're intimidated by the workshop environment, the one on ones is best for you.

Almost to the Carlotta Champagne shoot!
Hey guys,
Almost caught up to the April Carlotta Champagne shoot lol. Took a break to review the images worth editing and decided to clean one up. This image was taken with a Photogenic PL1250DR and a Photogenic Beauty Dish up high. Nothing for fill, just harsh shadows. Carlotta's skin is almost a milky white, so I enjoy editing her photos to make them all white.
Outdoor workshop was good I guess?
I went from never being in a photo, to not being able to avoid being in them.
